Poor and manipulated customer service

Too big and darker than the picture. No details on dimensions. Return and refund is not there option. They instruct you to take photos with no instruction how to do it, and when you just did they will claim on hygienic issues. And just say they don’t allow return and refund. Thats it.

They will instruct you to take photos, no details on how to do it and will claim that they cant refund due to hygiene issues after you take photos as sample pictures. And will just simply say they don’t refund. Thats it.
